Where to Buy
iSecure allows the use of preconfigured Smartcards to enter the password, and if applicable, users keys, via a simple Windows based application.
User rights and abilities are selected at the time of the card generation and a full audit log of user access and changes to the unit is produced and can be displayed, saved and printed by the auditor.
iSecure is used in conjunction with the iCard application to ensure simple and secure management and control of the full range of Paranoia2, ParanoiaFF, Paranoia3 and SecureCopy3 products across the Enterprise. Using this method avoids any chance of the incorrect user keys being entered into the units and is especially valuable when invoking a disaster recovery option and staff are under pressure to get things done as fast as possible. Being role based, management can control who does what, without the need to continually monitor access.
Simple to useThe cards are generated with the associated iCard software on a roles based access method. The user only sees what they are authorised to do with no confusing “greyed out” buttons or options shown. As soon as the user removes the card from the reader the program closes automatically, ensuring unauthorised users cannot access the units and data. On entry the user is asked to enter their pin number and this gives them their appropriate screen.
Secure Key entry and controlFor users with Paranoia family products across the Enterprise, iCard allows full access control without the need for additional complex management tools to be propagated across the network.
The secure Smartcard can be mailed to the appropriate person with the PIN number sent via another method, much in the same way a credit card is delivered. For added security, after three attempts to access the system with the incorrect PIN, the card will become inactive and need to be returned to the issuer for resetting.
