DISUK specialises in storage security products based around the established Paranoia family of in line tape encryption units which were first prduced in 1996. The present units based around the Paranoia2 offer a range of interfaces and these allow for SCSI LVD, SCSI HVD, Fibre Channel and iSCSI hosts and SCSI LVD, SCSI HVD and fibre channel tapes.

As well as the standard in line products DISUK also produces the SafeTape range of encrypted tape solutions using LTO-2 & 3 and SuperDLT600 drives with the option of SCSI, Fibre channel or iSCSI interfaces. These were the first tape units with built in encryption avaialable on the market and are suitable all operating platforms.

With the need to keep legacy products but utilise them in a modern infrastructure the Tamar range of fibre channel bridges and the Potomac family of iSCSI to SCSI converters allows user to maximise their existing products in the most cost effective way.

DISUK also offers a range of SCSI interface converters and extenders to allow users the choice of connectivity to suit their environment. As an engineering based company DISUK has been able to supply the varied needs of customers around the world even when they appear somewhat unusual!

The new iSecure and iCard Key Mangement package available as a retrofit for both the Paranoia and SafeTape families as well as on new installations to allow for central management of keys and methods.

New features have also been added to allow for total remote monitoring and audit and as always these are available as retrofits to existing Paranoia & SafeTape units in the field.
